I Acceptance of These Terms
Prayerful Rosary is a meditative rosary-prayer companion for iPhone and iPad, published by Prayerful Rosary. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the app and its content. By downloading or using Prayerful Rosary, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
II License
You are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-commercial license to use Prayerful Rosary for private devotional use on Apple devices that you own or control, in accordance with our End User License Agreement and Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
III Subscriptions & Payments
Prayerful Rosary is free to download and includes an optional Premium upgrade. Premium is offered as an auto-renewing monthly or yearly subscription (which may include a free trial) or as a one-time lifetime purchase.
Subscriptions are billed to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase and renew automatically at the then-current price unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. If a free trial is offered and you do not cancel before it ends, the subscription begins and your account is charged; any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited once you purchase a subscription.
You can manage your subscription, change plans, or turn off auto-renew at any time in your Apple Account settings under Subscriptions. The lifetime option is a single payment with no recurring charges. Prices are shown in the app before you buy and may vary by region. All purchases, billing, and refunds are handled by Apple under the App Store Terms of Service; we are unable to process refunds directly.
IV Devotional Content
Prayerful Rosary is an independent Catholic app and is not officially affiliated with or endorsed by the Vatican, the USCCB, or any diocese. The prayers, meditations, and liturgical information in the app are provided for personal prayer and devotion. While we strive for fidelity to approved Catholic sources, the app is not an official liturgical text.
V Not Professional Counsel
The app’s content is spiritual in nature and is not a substitute for pastoral care, professional counseling, or medical or mental-health treatment. If you are in crisis, please seek help from a qualified professional.
